A Grief Massage Technique We Can Use for Self-Treatment: Resting Hands

Resting hands may be my favorite Grief Massage technique. And, it just may end up being one of yours too.

I don’t believe in Grief Massage.

I believe in Grief Massage Therapists.

I believe in you.
