“The Joy of Grief Massage℠” teaches you my Grief Massage℠ philosophy + approach.
This is the only class I currently teach live, in-person or via Zoom (live webinar).
How do I know if I am ready for this course?
It is really helpful to slow down, listen to your heart, and tune into where you are feeling most called. Don’t rush your own process.
Watch the “Getting Started with Grief Massage Training” video and then take some time to reflect on your goals for taking a class. Then watch my “The Joy of Grief Massage” video to learn more about what material is included when you work with me live in-person or via Zoom.
There is something really special about meeting in real time, and I cherish the opportunity to get to know each massage therapist who takes this class.
I love learning about each student’s calling to this work, their experiences with loss in our culture, and it’s so special to hear their plans for carrying this work into their communities.
At the same time, it can be an intense experience to commit to learning this material in real time, with me and an intimate group of other students.
Note: for live in-person classes, the class size is capped at 6 students and for the Zoom (live webinar) classes, the class size is capped at 4 students.
It’s important to tune into what feels right for you at this time. Keep in mind that there will be other learning opportunities - such as the (coming soon) fully online version of “The Joy of Grief Massage” and the supplemental courses on grief (Education track) or connecting with your calling (Spirituality track).
When you do feel ready and fully aligned with this option, it is important to register at the earliest opportunity. Live in-person and Zoom (live webinar) spots to work with me are opened several times each year and often fill quickly.
